ilovegod. so much more than anything else in this world. he is the one who is faithful to me. the one who never fails to ecourage me when im down. the one whom i turn to in times of depression and need. father. you are my almight god. and i love you always.

today had sports ministry. the kids there were fun. played captains ball like mad la. so tired. =) den was like volleyball. haha. =D love it. my hand is bruised though. ytd played tennis with eugene and nicky. so fun . eugene has a VERY powerful arm. =D haha.
anws. den went to church. was HOT and SWEATY! i STINK. haha. =D
den like so fun la. had worship. pastor EUGENE seow talked about the GREAT commission. =D
cant help it. fell asleep. oops. but i guess god understands. =)
den had cell. so fun la. we played volleyball in the room. haha. =D
den went to minghao's house.sad for him. takecare boy. =D


i finally understood. the meaing of regret.
its not doing something and when you want to do it, you cant anymore.
we always take the things around us for granted. i mean. looking at [him] i saw that look of regret on hisface. what it means. to not be able to do something. that is a real lesson for me.
from now on. i'll try ot love everything around me. to be an example to the world. and not take anything for granted. may the lord help me to do this. all the days of my life.
